THE ADDIE MODEL
THE ADDIE MODEL is an Instructional Design tool that is used for the development of Adult Learning courses, seminars, and training. (Florida State University, 1975). It includes analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating the trainings. Our trainings utilize Multimedia elements such as graphics, videos, photographs, narrations, music, and animations. Using Multimedia artifacts results in stronger engagement and better retention of content. The trainings can be e-Learning delivered by webinars and can be synchronous or asynchronous.
