DIVERSITY, EQUITY, & INCLUSION (DEI) is the way we relate to, understand and respect people of other cultures. It encompasses race, gender, ethnic groups, age, personality, cognitive style, organizational function, education, socioeconomic status, and more. It’s how we PERCEIVE ourselves and others.

Globalization had dramatically changed the way organizations approach DEI and that’s a positive change. We train organizations on the many elements to be aware of concerning DEI, as well as the importance of having effective, internal DEI guidelines for all employees.
